On 31 March 2025, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/300 of 10 October 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on information to be exchanged between competent authorities was published.
The Regulatory Technical Standards (“RTS”) have been issued on the basis of the delegation contained in Article 95(10) of the MiCA Regulation[1]. Their purpose is to specify the information for the supervision of the market in crypto-assets to be exchanged between competent authorities.
