Regulatory technical standards specifying the information to be included in an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider

On 31 March 2025, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/305 of 31 October 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the information to be included in an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider was published.

The Regulatory Technical Standards (“RTS”) have been issued on the basis of the delegation contained in Article 62(5) of the MiCA Regulation[1]. Their purpose is to specify the information that must be included in an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider.
